WooCommerce added a performance feature to their plugin to separate database entries from the official WordPress posts table. Our product is currently being developed to become compatible with this feature. For now, make sure you choose legacy mode, in order to gain access to all WooCommerce features developed by us, otherwise most of them won’t be functional. In order to do so, using your website backend, navigate to WooCommerce > Advanced > Features, and switch from High-performance order storage to WordPress posts storage (legacy). Prior to this, depending if you already have any database entries, you will need to sync entries, then make the switch. If you’re on a fresh WordPress & WooCommerce setup, make this change first.
